本作是《Pierrot魔法少女》系列的第4作。花之妖精传授给少女由美可以把画下来的东西实体化的魔法，从此开启了她愉快的冒险生活。本作与此系列之前的作品相比，在风格上发生了巨大转折。是一部让主人公变身成为偶像，以魔法少女的王道作品为目标创作出的作品。洞泽由美子在本作中首次担任角色设计，创作出了很有特色的柔和画风的角色。
