A Frankenstein fia című horrorban a legendás tudós fia apja halála után szembesül az igazsággal: a Frankenstein által létrehozott szörny nem pusztult el, hanem csupán alszik; őrzője apja hűséges szolgája, Igor, aki meggyőzi a fiatalembert, hogy ébressze fel a monstrumot.
