Darwin Reina is an accomplished actor and filmmaker, with a passion for the arts that began at a young age. He has been professionally acting on stage since he was 5 years old, and over the years he has gained a variety of professional experience, learning from each new production. As he got older, he took his craft more seriously and channeled it towards formal studies, eventually moving towards acting in Films and TV shows. In pursuit of his passion for theatre and the arts, Darwin moved to Barcelona, Spain at age 18, and later studied drama in London. He started his filmmaking career in 2010 and has since starred and performed in two viral short film hits. In addition to his work as an actor, Darwin is also an accomplished producer and has produced a number of films to critical acclaim. Darwin is a true creative force in the film world, and he is passionate about supporting and showcasing the work of talented filmmakers from around the world. In pursuit of this goal, he has founded and runs two international film festivals, one in Stockholm, Sweden, and the other in Barcelona, Spain. Both festivals have become highly respected showcases for the best in contemporary filmmaking, and Darwin is proud to have been able to support the work of so many talented artists.
