Der Weg in die Freiheit aus dem kriminellen Sperrbezirk einer finsteren Zukunftsstadt ist steinig. Das muß ein Ex-Polizist erkennen, der sich mit einer Prostituierten zur Flucht entschlossen hat. Erschwert wird dies, weil man einem zwielichtigen Kumpan vertraut und der eigene Bruder ihnen Knüppel zwischen die Beine wirft. Live-Übertragungen von Exekutionen, eine allgegenwärtige Nacht, abgerissene Typen und ritualisierte Handlungen sind Versatzstücke, mit denen die Hölle der Zukunft beschrieben wird.
