Die Range Busters Crash, Dusty und Alibi sind als Marshalls tätig und suchen nach jemanden, der ihnen nur als "Der Jingler" bekannt ist. Ihre Suche führt sie in die kleine Stadt Bottleneck, die einstmals eine florierende Minenstadt war, nun jedoch eine Geisterstadt ist. Hier leben nur noch Dan Nordick und seine Tochter Nancy, die der Jingler jedoch beide vertreiben will. Darum beschließt Alibi, den Nordicks zu helfen und drapiert ein paar Gold-Nuggets in der alten Mine, womit er einen Goldrausch auslöst, der die Stadt wiederbelebt…
