Der Guvnor wirkt wie ein wirklich mächtiger Gangsterboss, doch inwändig bröckelt sein Imperium an allen Ecken und Enden. Die böse Tochter des Guvnors würde den Alten lieber heute statt morgen beerben, während die gute Tochter heimlich mit den Cops gemeinsame Sache macht. Nathan, der Geldbriefträger, hat sich derweil mit einem Koffer voll brisanter Dokumente aus dem Staub gemacht. Jack, der Mann für alle Fälle, soll das Problem lösen. Doch Jack hat eigene Probleme: Erstens liebt er Nathans Schwester, zweitens ist er ein Cop.
