Brian (Chris Osborn) a jeho bratr Matt (Samuel Davis) se rozhodnou pro menší dobrodružství: pozvou Mattova přítelkyni Doru (Dora Madison Burge) a dvojici přátel (Roger Edwards, Denise Williamson) do divočiny jižního Texasu, aby si zde udělali divoký víkend na chatě jejich strýce. Velmi rád by na kameru zachytil záhadnou bytost, která vystrašila jejich strýce natolik, že se sem už nějaký čas neodvážil vybrat. V momentě, kdy se parta dostane do blízkosti chaty, se začnou objevovat náznaky, že v strýčkově historce bude mnohem více než jen zrnko pravdy ...
